Navy Patrol:Coastal Defense for iPhone and iPod touch brings several new layers to the Tower Defense genre by incorporating RPG and RTS elements into a water based environment supported by the company’s AWS Fluid Simulation Engine.

Navy Patrol: Coastal Defense contains hundreds of hours of gameplay which will be prolonged by regular maps and specials updates. The studio also annouced that as a special offer, Navy Patrol:Coastal Defense is available for the introductory price of £1.79 for the first 48 hours before it moves to its standard price of £2.99.

BioShock 2 due next year

bioshock_2_logo2K Games announced yesterday that BioShock 2, the highly anticipated sequel to the 2007 Game of the Year, will be available worldwide beginning February 9, 2010. The game is now available for pre-order.

Currently in development for the Xbox 360 video game and entertainment system from Microsoft, the PlayStation 3 computer entertainment system, and Games for Windows LIVE, BioShock 2 will deliver two unique, yet intertwined experiences that form the perfect blend of explosive first-person shooter combat, compelling storytelling and intense multiplayer action.

EA announces Skate 3 for 2010 release

SKATE 3 breaks new ground by taking all of the camaraderie and competitive excitement of real-life skateboarding and brings it to the hands of gamers. Whether online or offline, players can now team up to build the ultimate skate crew in the definitive skateboarding co-op experience. In SKATE 3, players take part in team-based challenges, compete against rival crews and leave their mark on the all-new skater’s paradise, Port Carverton.
